Autoclave(vertical) Double Wall is made up of stainless steel but its outer body can be made of mild steel.Its outer surface has mirror finish.The autoclave has thick lid along with a safety valve, pressure release valve, and drain valve.It has spring loaded valve to adjust the pressure. It works on 220V AC. Autoclave(vertical) Double Wall has a versatile, electrically heated sterilizer under saturated steam of adjustable pressure of 10 to 20 psi.
It has a double walled construction with boiler & steam jackets made of thick stainless steel.Its chamber size varies according to the requirement.250x450mm has a capacity of about 22ltrs,300x500 mm of about 40 ltrs,350x550 of about 52 ltrs,400x600 mm has a capacity approx 78 ltrs,450x600 mm has capacity about 98ltrs,550x750mm has a capacity of about 152ltrs. It also has few optional accessories like automatic low-water level cut-off device,pressure control switch,water level arrangement,radial lock and Digital temperature indicator. Autoclave(vertical) Double Wall is also fitted with vacuum breaker as a safety device.
